Organizations strive towards innovation, but often do not have clarity on how to BE innovative.  This session will breakdown key components of developing a culture of innovation.  The importance of PEOPLE, PURPOSE, and PROCESS will be the central focus and will assist key leaders within the organization to reflect on how they can equip themselves and their teams to navigate decisions through a lens of innovation.

  • Examine people and their impact on culture and your number one asset for innovation                                                                                                                 

  • Gain clarity in your organizations purpose and how to communicate your purpose so it leads to innovation                                                               

  • Design a process for innovation by defining innovation for your organization, provide structures around innovation, examine how to measure innovation, and ultimately acknowledge innovation                       

  • Ability to attend all full workshop

  • Can be offered live, virtual or hybrid

  • Zoom capabilities (if virtual) with both video and audio (computer is best) 

  • Positive and open attitude
