A Phased Approach to Success
Phase 1: Build the Foundation
Start with 3 to 4 core courses such as Leadership Foundations, Coaching Conversations, and Values-Based Leadership.
Creating Community LLC will lead the design and Train-the-Trainer sessions to prepare your internal facilitators.

Phase 2: Launch the Academy
Your internal team leads monthly courses using the materials we’ve developed together.
Creating Community LLC will support your internal marketing strategy to build awareness, boost enrollment, and secure leadership endorsement.
Phase 3: Expand and Recognize
Continue growing your academy by adding new courses each year and continue to develop your trainers.
Establish a Leadership Certificate Program and celebrate program graduates at an annual event or staff gathering.
