Being a leader is more than a title, leaders exist in all positions of your organization.  

This one day training will have team members diving into several core characteristics of leadership.

This training focuses on identifying values to build trust, active listening, directive vs. developmental conversation tools, creating a culture of feedback, and how to develop a coaching mentality through the use of powerful questions.

No matter what fancy product a company may sell or what high-level service an agency provides, the PEOPLE working WITHIN an organization are the greatest asset.

However, communication between people is one of the most highly recognized challenges of all organizations.


This training discusses the art of communication on a deep level and looks at how trust, active listening, cascading information across teams/divisions/departments, and  communication channels all play into our ability to function effectively as a team.

This one day training can support organizations in either defining new values for their organization or elevating their current organizational values.  Once this is done, the team looks at how to operationalize these values so they do not just become some pretty words on a website.  



Conflict is inevitable. When people work together, they bring differing perspectives, opinions and motives that can lead to conflict.
This training will recognize that conflict isn’t always bad. In fact, many conflicts — when handled properly — can create an atmosphere of creativity and innovation.
Most importantly, know that conflict management skills can be learned. While natural ability is helpful, we know these skills can be effectively developed and improved.

Direction Signs


Leadership is a social process that enables people to work together as a cohesive group to produce collective results.  And what is it that enables people to work together as a cohesive group to produce collective results?  

DIRECTION, ALIGNMENT and COMMITMENT.  This workshop will have teams assess their own direction, alignment and commitment and then take a focused look at how they can continue to support or develop in each of these areas.
