BUILDING YOUR TEAM TOWARDS THEIR COLLECTIVE PURPOSE
This one day training will guide your employees through the core characteristics of a team. Session is highly interactive and brings a team together through meaningful strategies to build trust, engage in healthy discussions, reignite each person’s commitment to the organization, and align by discussing strengths and areas of improvement of team members – all in hopes of reaching results for your organization.
No matter what fancy product a company may sell or what high-level service an agency provides, the PEOPLE working WITHIN an organization are the greatest asset.
However, communication between people is one of the most highly recognized challenges of all organizations.
This training discusses the art of conversation on a deep level and looks at how trust, active listening, values, questioning, and feedback all impact our daily communication.
Delegation isn’t just telling someone what to do or assigning them tasks. It means giving authority and responsibilities to individuals or a team and providing the resources, direction, and support needed to achieve expected results.
This interactive workshop will have individuals assess their delegation skills, discuss barriers to delegating, and ultimately provide a formula to delegate to ALL team members.
DIRECTION, ALIGNMENT & COMMITMENT
Leadership is a social process that enables people to work together as a cohesive group to produce collective results. And what is it that enables people to work together as a cohesive group to produce collective results?
DIRECTION, ALIGNMENT and COMMITMENT. This workshop will have teams assess their own direction, alignment and commitment and then take a focused look at how they can continue to support or develop in each of these areas.
BOUNDARY SPANNING LEADERSHIP
The most effective leaders are successful at spanning common organizational boundaries, whether among peers; between levels of the org chart; with external groups like customers or the supply chain ; across age, gender, culture, ideology, etc.; and across regions.
This training will look at challenges we face across boundaries and ultimately discuss strategies to manage boundaries, find common ground, and develop new frontiers for teams to align.
CONFLICT IS NOT
A BAD WORD
Conflict is inevitable. When people work together, they bring differing perspectives, opinions and motives that can lead to conflict.
This training will recognize that conflict isn’t always bad. In fact, many conflicts — when handled properly — can create an atmosphere of creativity and innovation.
Most importantly, know that conflict management skills can be learned. While natural ability is helpful, we know these skills can be effectively developed and improved.
In times of change, leaders need to be more agile than ever. Adapting to new business strategies, working across cultures, dealing with virtual teams, and taking on new assignments all demand that leaders be flexible and agile.
To be a high performer and increase your long-term potential, you need a way to deal with the unknown — and fast.
Learning agility is about knowing how to learn — knowing what to do when you don’t know what to do. It’s about learning from experience and applying it in new ways, adapting to new circumstances and opportunities.
STRUCTURING YOUR ACCOUNTABILITY
The accountability workshop provides tools and skills to make stepping up to ownership easier.
It equips learners with the strategies to make informed decisions to commit to generate expected outcomes or work with the system to gain the clarification required to accurately determine what the outcomes should be.
Community can be defined as the experience of connection and membership between
individuals within a group.
This training will provide knowledge on the founding
principles of community, increase knowledge on core research concepts related to
community, discuss barriers to creating community, discuss inclusive community building
practices, and ultimately develop strategies to build community.
EXPERIENCE DESIGN FOR
Experience design is a focused approach on the people in which you serve and assists your organization in developing a common language for innovation and creative problem-solving skills.
By participating in this highly energized and highly interactive session, attendees will leave with a newfound creative confidence, along with practical strategies, to assist them in designing new and exciting human-centered experiences.
Organizations strive towards innovation, but often do not have clarity on how to BE innovative. This session will breakdown key components of developing a culture of innovation. The importance of PEOPLE, PURPOSE, and PROCESS will be the central focus and will assist key leaders within the organization to reflect on how they can equip themselves and their teams to navigate decisions through a lens of innovation.
